Tim, our CEO, is a passionate creative leader. With a strong focus on helping individuals thrive in the talents that God has given them, Tim is dedicated to guiding our team towards accomplishing our collective goals. Luke Wade
Chief Operating Officer
Luke is an accomplished executive leader driving excellence with his teams in a range of industries. With vision to shape the future of electrical components manufacturing, Luke and his team are pushing forward with passion for corporate operations, technology and innovation.
Josh Juran
Chief Financial Officer
Josh brings over 20 years of financial leadership experience spanning capital markets strategy, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, M&A, and team development. Josh earned his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, with concentrations in Finance, Accounting, and Management and Organizations. He also holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan. Josh is known for his collaborative leadership style and passion for team building. He will support the company’s combined growth trajectory, including expansion into new markets, operational alignment, and strategic investments.
